I have a 1999 Chevrolet Suburban that is not blowing cold air. I've tried adding the Refrigerant but it will not take it. Could you please tell me what the problem may be?

Re: AC

Without seeing the problem and looking at the gauges the problem could be the low pressure switch on the accumulator.

Using a scan tool can help detect problems with the A/C system usually detecting trouble codes.

Other problems could be in the electrical system like a fuse or compressor relay.

If you don't have the knowledge or experience in the A/C system it would be wise to bring it to a certified technician to diagnosis the problem. There are state laws that require special equipment to do A/C work so the R134a is not accidently released into the atmosphere.
