Have a 2013 Ram 1500 Crew cab 4X4 Automatic with the 5.7 Hemi and when I head down the road I get a vibration at 40-45 MPH when it shifts and under no load.
Seams like the transmission is shifting to the higher gear to soon.
Just bought the truck a couple months ago and did not notice it until I went back to NH where the traffic is slower and 40 is the norm around here.
Runs fine at the higher speeds and the lower speeds just happens at forty as long as I am not accelerating.
Is it the tranny?

Sounds transmission related. Possibly a torque converter chatter. The converter locks up in the 40 mph range.
You should still be under the powertrain warranty. Get it to Ram service.
