Location of fuses not listed in 1996 Owners Manual

I own a 1996 Subaru Impreza (1.8) and want to know where the light fuses for the Fan, Temperature and Air Flow Control Dials are (on dash board)!  Two of them have blown out and the manual does not mention what position in the fuse diagram pertains to this lighting.  Is it one of the fuses in the engine compartment?  Secondly, is the Shift lever light fuse or bulb (nothing on that either)?

Anyone's response to this will be greatly appreciated!

Re: Location of fuses not listed in 1996 Owners Manual

There is not a fuse for each individual component of the car. If the dash lights work and just a few lights are out on the A/C panel then it is most likely a bad bulb inside the A/C control and also the shift lever.
