I drive a 2006 Chevy Impala, my front right tire is squeaking a lot. I was told it was hub bearing. This is my moms site she said i should get on here and ask..... hopefully someone can help me
The right front tire can squeal because the brakes can also be low and the low brake indicator is rubbing on the rotor making the squealing noise. This is an indicator that tells you to get your brakes looked at soon to avoid further equipment damage and safety failure.
The bearing usually doesn't squeal, it usually makes a groaning type of noise. It is possible the bearing is dry of all lubricant and could possibly squeal but is rare.
