Is it possible to clean a heated PCV valve?

I think it is doable, take caution on the electrical connectors when cleaning. They are connectors for the heating element only, it has nothing to do with the operation of the PCV valve.

The heating element is controlled by the PCM and is activated when the temperatures go below 32 degrees. If you live where it is usually above that temperature then it is hardly ever used. If you live up in the northern states where it gets into the negative numbers then it will be used more often.
